Coordination with the City of Sebastian for the <br />driveway entrance resulted in project delays. In order to move forward with the driveway and other <br />required City permitting, staff has coordinated with CAI to modify the planned stormwater design <br />to provide increased on-site stormwater treatment and attenuation, thereby resolving the need for <br />significant modifications and management of the existing swale along Englar Drive (which were <br />City requirements based on the original design). <br />Amendment No.I to CAI Work Order No.2 includes services to complete the modified design. Due <br />to the project delays, the permits that were obtained in 2019 and 2020 have since expired. <br />Amendment No.I includes: (1) Additional site survey for site plan and permitting; (2) Site plan re - <br />approval; (3) Construction plans and specifications; (4) Permitting Modifications; and, (5) <br />Updating the bid documents.
