SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT <br />DATE: 1 ! ze 2 - <br />BETWEEN: Route 60 Hyundai / Chiarenza Agency (Sponsor) <br />Indian River County Parks & Recreation (Sponsee) <br />TERMS OF AGREEMENT: <br />1. The Sponsee agrees to grant the Sponsor the following sponsorship rights: <br />Thank you slides displayed on the daily rotation on the electronic billboard on <br />Oslo Road at the iG Center and 58th Avenue at the Fairgrounds; Route 60 <br />Hyundai and Chiarenza Agency printed on the uniforms of 10 youth basketball <br />teams (5 per organization); Thank you slides displayed inside the two televisions <br />inside the iG Center; Social Media blast on the Facebook pages of the iG Center <br />and IRC Parks and Recreation thanking Route 60 Hyundai and Chiarenza <br />Agency for their generous sponsorship; Route 60 Hyundai and Chiarenza <br />Agency will be featured on the back cover of the Parks and Recreation Fall <br />activities brochure. <br />2. The sponsorship will be for one year, beginning on July 15, 2023 and ending on <br />July 15, 2024. <br />3. The Sponsor will pay Sponsee $2,000 per month, due on the 20th of each M., onth. <br />4. The Sponsee agrees to provide the Sponsor brand recognition in the form of <br />advertising as highlighted above in sechon1. <br />5. Termination. Either party may cancel this Agreement without cause with 30 <br />days' notice. Notice shall be provided to: <br />a) Sponsee: Beth Powell <br />Indian River County Parks and Recreation <br />1590 9th street SW, Vero Beach, Florida, 32962 <br />b) Sponsor: Emma Chiarenza <br />8575 201h St. Vero Beach, Florida, 32962 <br />6. Sponsor certifies that it and those related entities of Sponsor as defined by <br />Florida law are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created <br />pursuant to s. 215.4725 of the Florida Statutes, and are not engaged in a boycott <br />of Israel. Sponsee may terminate this Contract if Sponsor, including all wholly <br />owned subsidiaries, majority-owned subsidiaries, and parent companies that <br />exist for the purpose of making profit, is found to have been placed on the <br />Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel <br />as set forth in section 215.4725, Florida Statutes. <br />7 <br />Signe <br />The rights of either party under this Agreement shall not be transferable or <br />assignable either in whole or in part. <br />d: <br />The SponAbr <br />General Manager <br />Title <br />7/7/2023 <br />Date <br />
