Recipients, when subrrmting financial reporting packages to the Departinent of State for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, <br />Subpart F - Audit Requirervents or Chapters 10.550 (local govemmerital entities) and 10.650 (nonprofit arra for-profit orgmizaations), <br />Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date that the reporting package was delivered to the recipient in correspondence <br />accompanying the reporting package. <br />Part IV: Record Retention <br />The recipient shall retain sufficient records demonstrating its compliance with the terror of the award(s) and this agreement for a period of <br />five years from the date the audit report is issued, and sluff allow the Department of State, or its designee, the CFO, or Auditor General <br />access to such records upon request.
