8.12 Number mud Gender. Throughout this Agreemenl, ss the context may <br />require, (a) the masculine gender includes the feminine and neuter, and the neuter gender <br />includes the masculine end feminine; and (b) the singular tense and number includes the plural, <br />and the plural tense and number includes the singular. <br />8.13 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or <br />more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall <br />constitute one and the same imarumcm. <br />8.14 Costs. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party will <br />bear his or its own costs in connection with the exercise of the Holder's right under this <br />Agreement rand the purchase and sale of my Interests pursuant to this Agreement. <br />8.15 Default.
