APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT 24STRIlCTrONS k. GENERAL INFORMATION This standard form is intended as a guide only. Many projects require a much more 4xtensive farm with space for numerous items, descriptions of Change Orders, identifi- cation of variable quantity adjustments, summary of materials and equipment stored at the site and other information. It is expected that a separate form will be developed by Engineer or Contractor at the time Contractor's Schedule of Values is Finalized. Note also that the format for retainage must be changed if the Agreement permits {or the Law provides), and Contractor elects, the deposit of securities in lieu of retainage. Refcr to Article 14 of the General Conditions for provisions concerning payments to Contractor. B.
