physical disability, age or sex; and 2) the Consultant shall comply with all existing <br />requirements concerning discrimination by any and all applicable local, state, and federal <br />rules, regulations, or guidelines, as such rules, regulations, or guidelines may be from time <br />to time amended. . <br />6. The Consultant shall designate a representative to keep County staff informed as to all <br />aspects of the project work. The name and address of consultant's designated representative <br />is: Dr. Joseph C. Saviak, 5010 Shore Drive, Saint Augustine, FL 32086 <br />7. The Consultant shall have all records and project work accessible for inspection and review <br />by County staff at such time as is mutually agreeable to all parties. <br />The Consultant shall keep and maintain financial, invoice, and employment records <br />pertaining to the contractual obligation between the County and the Consultant for pre - <br />audit and post -audit purposes for a period of three (3) years following the completion of <br />all project work, or until all claims and audit findings involving the records have been <br />received, whichever is later. The County shall have access to any books, documents, <br />papers, and records of the Consultant which are directly pertinent to this Agreement, for <br />the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcription. <br />9. The Consultant shall forward all documentation as it pertains to the project to the County <br />Administrator John Titkanich, Jr. designated County Project Manager. Address: Indian <br />River County, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. <br />10. It is understood and agreed that all documents, including reports and other data prepared <br />or obtained by the Consultant in connection with its services hereunder, shall be delivered <br />to, and become the property of, the County prior to final payment to the Consultant. <br />11. In connection with professional services to be rendered pursuant to this Agreement, the <br />Consultant further agrees to: <br />A. Maintain an adequate staff of qualified personnel. <br />B. Ensure that plans meet all current federal, state and local laws, rules, or <br />ordinances applicable to the work. <br />C. Cooperate fully with the County in the scheduling and coordination of all <br />phases of the work. <br />D. Cooperate and coordinate with other County consultants, as directed by the <br />County. <br />E. Report the status of the work to the County upon request and hold pertinent <br />data, calculations, field notes, records, sketches and other projects open to <br />the inspection of the County or its authorized agent at any time. <br />F. Confer with the County during the further development and implementation <br />of improvements for which the Consultant has provided design or other <br />services. <br />G. Interpret plans and other documents; correct errors and omissions and <br />prepare any necessary plan revisions not involving a change in the scope of <br />Indian River CountN pale <br />
