All bids, either mailed or walked in, will be received by the Purchasing Division, 2625 19th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, where they will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 PM. All bids received after 2:00 P,M., of the day specified above, will be returned unopened. INDIAN RIVER CQONTY in the amount of Thirty-five (S 35.00) for each set, i which represents cost of printing, handling, and mailing and which is non refundable. l All bids shall be submitted in duplicate on the Bid Proposal forms provided within the specifications. A BID BOND must accompany each Bid, and be properly executed by the Bidder and by a qualified surety, or certified check or cashier's check on any bank authorized to do business in the State of Florida, in the sum of not less than Five Percent (5%) of the total amount bid, made payable to Indian River County Board of County Commissioners. In the event the Contract is awarded to the Bidder, he will enter into a Contract with the County and furnish the required Performance and Payment Bond.
