Please find enclosed revised Bid Proposal Sheets BP -3 and BP -4. The following changes have <br />been made to these sheets: <br />A. Sheet BP -3, Item No. 2 - Performance Bond and Payment Bond: This item is a <br />combination of two previous items. <br />B. Sheet BP -3, Item No. 9 - Clearing and Grubbing (including removal of trees, flumes, <br />concrete pads, wood posts, etc.): Wood posts were added to the item description and <br />are intended to be the existing wood posts located in the playground area. <br />C. Sheet BP) -3, Item No. 10 - Cap existing well (2"): The size of the well has been added. <br />This well is currently capped with a PVC cap and has been cut off at concrete level. <br />Permanent cap to meet County regulations is required. Concrete pad is to be removed <br />and paid for under Clearing and Grubbing. <br />I D. Sheet BP -4, Item No. 34 - Light Pole, Complete (ready for use) was added. This item <br />t , includes electrical connection and complies with specifications and drawings that are a <br />part of the Original Contract Documents. <br />1 . The Contract Documents and Construction Plans should then consist of the original documents, plans <br />and: <br />1-. 1.
