The above named applicant is authorized to perform <br />the herein described activity in accordance with the specifications <br />stated herein and in accordance with the approved submitted alteration <br />plan. This permit does not absolve the applicant and/or property owner <br />from the responsibility to satisfy state or federal regulations that <br />may apply to the activity. <br />GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: <br />The applicant shall conduct the activity in strict accordance <br />with the criteria set forth in Section 928.06 of the Indian <br />River County Land Development Code. <br />2. The applicant and/or the person to perform the wetland altera- <br />tion shall arrange a field meeting with county environmental <br />planning staff to review the proposed activity prior to altera- <br />tion commencement. <br />3.
