• <br />P <br />this paragraph shall contain a provision that the coverage afforded <br />will not be canceled, materially changed or reduced until at least <br />thirty (30) days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER. <br />5,3.11.5. CONTRACTOR'S All Risk" insurance: CONTRACTOR shall secure <br />Builders' Risk "All Risk" insurance at his expense and provide <br />properly completed and executed 'Certificates of Insurance and <br />insurance Endorsement' €ones in the exact format and working <br />presented in theses Contract Documents before starting work. <br />5.3,2 Special Requirements: <br />5.3.2.1 <br />Upon submittal of the executed contract by the Contractor, <br />certificates of insurance and endorsement forms in the exact <br />wording and fonmat as presented in these Contract Documents will <br />be provided to the OWNER's Risk Manager for review and <br />approval. The certificates shall provide for the following: <br />5.3.2.1.1. "Board of County Commissioners, Indian River <br />County Florida" will be named as "AddiWonal Insured" <br />on both the General Liability, Auto Liability and <br />Builder's Risk "All Risk" Insurance. <br />5.3.2.1.2. The OWNER will be given thirty (30) days notice <br />prior to cancellation or modification of any stipulated <br />insurance. Such notification will be in writing by <br />registered mail, return receipt requested and <br />addressed to the OWNER's Risk Manager. <br />5.3.2.2. <br />An appropriate "Indemnification" clause shall bre made a provision <br />of the contract (see paragraph 6.36 and 6.37 of the General <br />Conditions), <br />5.3.2.3. <br />It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to insure that all <br />subcontractors comply with all insurance requirements. <br />53.2.4. <br />It should be remembered that these are minimum requirements <br />which are subject to modification in response to high hazard <br />operation. <br />5.3.2.5. <br />Insureds must be authorized to do business and have an anent for <br />service of process in Florida and have an °A" policyholder's rating <br />and financial rating of a least Class X1 in accordance with the most <br />current Best's Rating. <br />ARTICLE 6 - CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Supervision and Superintendence; <br />6.1 CONTRACTOR shall supervise and direct the Work competently and efficiently, devoting <br />such attention thereto and applying such skills and expertise as may be necessary to <br />perfoma the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, CONTRACTOR shall be <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />GC - II <br />
