I have been told that this was the first time in Indian River <br />County's 74 -year history that a tax deed sale erroneously occurred. You can be <br />assured that certain procedures have now been put into effect to eliminate a <br />similar happening. <br />As additional information, property tax bills are expected to be mailed out near <br />the end of this month by the Indian River County Tax Collector.
