40 <br />0 <br />distribution of reports is delayed due to circumstances <br />beyond the CHD's control: <br />i. March 1, 2000 for the report period October 1,1999 <br />through December 31, 1999; <br />ii. June 1, 2000 for the report period October 1,1999 <br />through March 31, 2000; <br />iii. September 1, 2000 for the report period October 1, <br />1999 through June 30, 2000; and <br />iv. December 1, 2000 for the report period October <br />1,1999 through September 30, 2000. <br />7. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. The parties mutually agree <br />that: <br />a. CHD facilities shall be provided as specified in <br />t Attachment VI to this contract and the county shall own the <br />facilities used by the CHD unless otherwise provided in <br />Attachment VI. <br />b. The county shall assure adequate fire and casualty <br />insurance coverage for County -owned CHD offices and <br />buildings and for all furnishings and equipment in CHD <br />offices through either a self-insurance program or insurance <br />purchased by the County. <br />C. All vehicles will be transferred to the ownership of <br />the County and registered as county vehicles. The county <br />shall assure insurance coverage for these vehicles is <br />available through either a self-insurance program or <br />insurance purchased by the County. All vehicles will be <br />used solely for CHD operations. Vehicles purchased through <br />the CHD trust fund shall be sold at fair market value when <br />they are no longer needed by the CHD and the proceeds <br />returned to the CHD trust fund. <br />9 <br />
