4b <br />• <br />the COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement, are and shall remain the property of <br />the COUNTY, and shall be delivered to the COUNTY upon completion of the <br />work. <br />11. The CONSULTANT acknowledges that preparation of applicable documents <br />and forms for the COUNTY'S submittal through governmental regulatory <br />agencies are included within the scope of basic compensation in this <br />Agreement. Any additional work required after the date of this Agreement shall <br />bean additional service and the COUNTY shall compensate the CONSULTANT <br />in accordance with SECTION VI -Additional Services, of this Agreement. The <br />Board of County Commissioners must approve all additional work prior to <br />commencement. <br />12. Compensation to the CONSULTANT for basic services shall be in accordance <br />with this Agreement, mutually agreed upon by the CONSULTANT and <br />COUNTY. <br />SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />The time for completion shall be in accordance with Exhibit "B". This scheduling will <br />be strictly followed in order to meet the necessary deadlines to complete the project. <br />SECTION V - COMPENSATION <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept for services <br />rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following: <br />1. Professional Services Fee <br />a. The CONSULTANT agrees to perform all the services as delineated in this <br />agreement. Actual billing will be based on hourly rates, per Schedule of Rates and Fees as <br />contained herein, in accordance with the fee schedule Exhibit "C" attached. Tile total fee for <br />the project will not surpass the fee designated by this Agreement, $161,140 . Reimbursable <br />expenses such as mileage, blueprints, postage, photocopies, etc. shall be included in the fee <br />designated by this Agreement and will not be paid separately by the COUNTY. <br />SECTION VI -ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />In the event changes are requested from the COUNTY to the contract after execution, <br />such work shall be subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />10 <br />
