The COUNTYv shall provide the CONSULTANT with existing drawings, maps, <br />aerial photography, electronic GIS files, and other graphic materials in the <br />possession of the COUNTY pertinent to the project. <br />3. The COUNTY shall be responsible for acquiring all easements, right-of-ways, <br />and other rights of land as may be necessary to complete the project. <br />4. The COUNTY shall make provisions for the CONSULTANT to enter upon <br />public or private property as required to perform work identified in the Scope <br />of Services. <br />5. The COUNTY shall provide the CONSULTANT with professional coastal <br />engineering information, reports, and/or data necessary to complete the project. <br />This may include, but is not limited to, beach survey data, information on <br />coastal features and processes, characterization of erosion patterns, and <br />documentation of existing coastal armoring structures. Additionally, the <br />COUNTY will assist the CONSULTANT in addressing all engineering issues <br />related to the project. <br />6. The COUNTY shall provide the CONSULTANT with all available information <br />in their possession on cultural resources within the project area, including the <br />location of archaeological and/or historic sites. <br />7. The COUNTY shall assist the CONSULTANT with identifying sources of <br />funding and shall be responsible for securing funding for programs developed <br />as a result of this project. <br />SECTION 111 - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional environmental planning, and other <br />related services in connection with the project as required and set forth in the following: <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide the following services: <br />1. Conduct a complete review of all existing documentation related to this project. <br />2. Develop a Habitat Conservation Plan for sea turtle protection within the Project <br />Limits. <br />3.
