(7) Notify the Division promptly of any unusual existing condition which hampers the contractor's <br />work. <br />(8) Obtain all required permits. <br />(9) Provide addresses and marked maps for each site where water wells and septic tanks are to be <br />closed along with the number of wells and septic tanks located on each site. Provide <br />documentation of closures. <br />(10) Comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained <br />in the State Energy Conservation Plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and <br />Conservation Act (Public Law 94-163). <br />(11) Comply with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under Section 112 and 306 <br />of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 1857h), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), <br />Executive Order 11738, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 CFR, <br />Part 15 and 61). This clause shall be added to any subcontracts. <br />(12) Provide documentation of public notices for demolition activities. <br />26 <br />
