Identification of parties to this AV—P-- ment <br />Each of the parties to this Agreement is a county of the State of Florida, and as <br />such is a general propose political subdivision which has the power to levy taxes and <br />spend funds, as well as general corporate and police powers. Size of Pollination to be Served <br />The population of the four county area to be served by this Agreement is 416,312 <br />based upon the population projections for April 1, 1995 prepared by the Bureau of <br />Economic and Business Research, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. <br />S. Aitrcement Not Prohihitcd by Law <br />'This Agreement is not prevented by State or local law from taking effect in the <br />entire geographical area which it intends to serve. <br />6.Responsibilities o£Treasurc Coast Workforce Consortiunx <br />The parties to this Agreement hereby authorize the Treasure Coast Workforce <br />Consortium to exercise all decision -snaking powers, provided to the Board of County <br />3 <br />t.,mW rA99 - 1415+99 <br />
