UW -96 -06 -DS <br />RESOLUTIONS I AND II <br />On March 16, 1996, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the petition for water service and <br />authorized the staff of the Department of Utility Services to <br />proceed with the design engineering work in preparation for the <br />special assessment project for Ponderosa Estates Unit One (60th <br />Avenue, South of 45th Street) to supply potable water to its <br />residents. <br />Design has been completed by the Department of Utility Services <br />staff. We are now ready to begin the assessment process associated <br />with this project. (See attached agenda item and minutes of the <br />above meeting) <br />A_NALY S T S <br />Within the project area, there are 25 platted lots and 10 non - <br />platted parcels from .34 acres and upwards. The 9 non -platted <br />parcels along 45th Street which will benefit from the <br />improvement/ service, vary from 1.31 acres to 19.95 acres. The <br />owners' signing the petition represent 77% of the properties to be <br />served.
