E.O,'K <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: 26th Street Paving and Drainage Improvements <br />58th Avenue to 66th Avenue <br />Pay Request No. 9 and Final Release <br />DATE: July 10, 1996 <br />i - •► :11*1)( •1 <br />Design for roadway and drainage improvements for 26th Street between 58th Avenue and <br />66th Avenue has been completed. Carter Associates, Inc. is requesting final payment and <br />release of retainage in the amount of $4,152.97. <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve final payment and release of retainage to Carter <br />Associates, Inc.
