• <br />EXHIBIT G <br />WATERWAYS ASSISTANCE PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />OCTOBER 1999 - Project Agreement Executed, Project Initiates. <br />DECEMBER 31, 1999 - First Quarterly Report Due. <br />MARCH 15, 2000 -Second Quarterly Report Due. <br />.TUNE 30, 2000 - Third Quarterly Report Due. <br />SEPTEMBER 1S, 2000 -Fourth Quarterly Report Due. <br />DECEMBER 29, 2000 - Fifth. Quarterly Report Due. <br />MARCH 15, 2001 - Sixth Quarterly Report Due. <br />JUNE 29, 2001 - Seventh Quarterly Report Due, if project will not be completed and all <br />close out paperwork submitted by September 1', a request for an extension of the <br />completion date of the project should be submitted with the quarterly report. <br />SEPTEMBER 3, 2001 - Closeout paperwork due. <br />September 28, 2001 - District finishes processing closeout paperwork, perforins project <br />iaispection and submits final reimbursement check to sponsor.. <br />NOTE: Any modifications to the PROJECT shall require advance notice and prior <br />written approval of the District. Appropriate timing for modifications to the project cost <br />estimate, Exhibit C, would be after receipt of bids. <br />NON-COMPLIANCE by the PROJECT SPONSOR with the reporting schedule in <br />Exhibit B may result in revocation of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph 1 I of the <br />project agreement. <br />
