11 r -- - ]L-nRl <br />ATTACHMENT TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SALE & PURCHASE <br />October 25, 1999 <br />flit C osis of God's Grace <br />Contract between Immanuel Baptist Church of Indian River Counly, Inc & Indian River County <br />Parcel 103-S, containing 1.33 acres <br />Immanuel Baptist Church understands the following items as part of their agreement with <br />Indian River County. <br />I. The selling price shall be $30,000.00 as indicated on the contract. <br />2. The selling of this property does not constitute a "subdivision"' and will be exempt <br />from those rulings as indicated oil the attached document provided by Stan Boling, <br />Director of Planning. This will not prevent the church from doing a one-time division <br />of the property in the future, <br />3. Should the church elect to sell a parcel of land in the future, they would not be <br />prevented from utilizing the existing driveway as all access to the property for the <br />new owner. <br />4.
