of do AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND EXCHANGE CLUB CASTLE IN HOME PARENT EDUCATION This agreement entered into ia'day of October, 1999 by and between Indian River County, Florida, 1840 25'" Street, Vero Beach FL, 32960, hereafter "County" and, EXCHANGE CLUB CASTLE P.O. Box 12908 Fort Pierce, Florida 34979; hereinafter "Agency" WITNESSETH Whereas, the County has determined it to be in the public interest to promote healthy children in a healthy community; and Whereas, an advisory committee has been established to facilitate this purpose; and Whereas, the proposals submitted to the Children's Services Advisory Committee and the recommendation of the Children's Services Advisory Committee have been reviewed by the county; and Whereas, the county is desirous of engaging the services of the Agency in order to help the county fulfill its stated purpose to promote healthy children in a healthy community; and NOW THEREFORE in consideration of mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Scope of Service The general scope of Children's Services to be performed by the agency is as set forth in Grant Application submitted by the agency. These documents are hereby incorporated and integrated into this contract and appended hereto, 2. Terms This agreement is limited to services provided from October 1, 1999 until September 30, 2000. 3. FuNg and Payment County agrees to reimburse the agency up to THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY- FOUR DOLLARS AND NOMOOS ($35,134.00) for actual documented costs incurred for services rendered pursuant to this agreement. Said reimbursements shall be made on a monthly basis and are subject to audit by the county. The County may require such documentation of expenditures, as it deems appropriate.
