Q E, Ii�MM----'D WORK <br />TASK 02- PROJECT DEFINIVON <br />The ENGINEER will provide it wetland boundary survey on three (a) parcels of land <br />which are currently under review for potential acquisition by the COUNTY. The stormwater <br />improvements associated with the project will be designed to minimize impacts to the existing <br />wetland system. This wetland information is required to complete the development of it <br />conceptual drainage design as authorized under the previously issued Work Order No. 2. <br />The ENGINEER and/or Environmental Consultant will meet with all regulatory agencies <br />having permit jurisdiction on the project, to determine the wetland boundaries. During this task, <br />a meeting will be held with COUNTY staff and the landowners of the subject parcels to review <br />and examine the existing wetland boundaries and select the desired design so that the <br />INGINEF,R may proceed with Work Order No. 2 tasks. <br />Engineering Services <br />A. Prepare Base Sheet <br />e Assimilate wetland survey information into the project's base sheet. <br />B. Preliminary Environmental Repots <br />• Written letter report and aerial map with jurisdictional wetltwd boundaries. <br />• Meet on-site with agencies, flag and survey wetland lines in the vicinity of the <br />proposed project which ruay be directly impacted by the proposed swale, lake <br />or pipe improvements. <br />C, Conceptual Design <br />• Prepare a conceptual design plan with the conveyance system and wetland <br />impacts depicted. <br />D. Review Meetings <br />• Indian River County Conceptual Design (3) meetings. <br />• St. Johns River Water Management District. (1) <br />• US Arany Corps of Engineers (1) <br />• Local representatives (1) <br />E. Reimbursables <br />• Mileage, mail printing, telephone. <br />SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />A. After issuance of written authorization to proceed, ninety (90) working days will be allowed for <br />delivery of the plans, specifications and permit applications for COUNTY review and submittal. <br />SECTION V 4 COMPENSATION <br />l:1CYN %NGI RO1�iR("Sturnnvnh4gintlmtxov�ltn(: Wf)IZK <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept fee for services rendered according <br />to the Scope of Services, Task 2, identified as Section III of this <br />work order with a maximum charge under this <br />I'I _t ' o <br />work order of $1,7-,290,00.
