CDM PROJECT NO. <br />(consultant) <br />1. Project Description <br />Provide additional engineering and permitting services for concentrate disposal issues at <br />the County's North County Water Treatment Plant. <br />II. Scope of Services <br />Engineering and permitting services for concentrate disposal issues at IRC's North <br />County Water Treatment Plant. Services include analysis of the existing treatment <br />system, disposal method, test data, and sampling technique and the corresponding <br />recommendations for improvements, additions, or alternative disposal methods. <br />III. Consulting Engineer Insurance Requirements <br />A. Workers Compensation Insurance in accordance with Florida Statutes. <br />B. Comprehensive and Automotive Liability with a minimum coverage of <br />$100,000/$300,000 per occurrence for bodily injury or accidental death. <br />C. Comprehensive General Liability with a minimum limit of $100,000/$300,000 <br />covering property damage. <br />D. Liability for Property Damage, while operating motor vehicle, with minimum limits <br />of $100,000 per occurrence. <br />E. Contractual Liability including limits established for Items IIIB, C, and D above. <br />F. Umbrella coverage, excess liability with minimum limits of $100,000 per <br />occurrence. <br />
