Use Phillips flat -head machine screws for <br />exposed fasteners. <br />Anchors and Inserts: Cadmium plated steel, self drilling <br />type. <br />Bituminous Paint: SSPC-Paint 12 (cold -applied asphalt <br />mastic). <br />FABRICATION. GENERAL: <br />Provide louvers and accessories of design, materials, sizes, <br />depth, arrangement, and metal thicknesses indicted. <br />Fabs _ atcf' rTrCa including-Lntegral sills Lu suit adjacent <br />constructionµ with tolerances for installation, including <br />application of sealants in joints between louvers and <br />adjoining work. <br />Include supports, anchorages, and accessories required for <br />complete assembly. <br />Provide vertical miAllions of type and at spacings indicated, <br />but not further apart than recommended by manufacturer or 721" <br />o.c., provide horizontal mullions except where continuous <br />vertical assemblies are indicated. <br />Provide sill extensions and loose sills made of same material <br />as louvers, where required for drainage to exterior and to <br />prevent water penetrating to interior. <br />10200-2 <br />
