E-1 <br />property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work <br />as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a <br />contract with a public entity, and may not transact business with <br />any public entity in excess of Category Two for a period of 36 <br />months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor <br />list. <br />22. TERM: This Agreement shall begin upon the date last <br />signed and shall end upon receipt of official closing <br />documentation from FEMA unless terminated earlier in accordance <br />with the provisions of this Agreement. Subgrantee agrees to <br />promptly commence and to expeditiously complete the scope of work <br />identified herein. All emergency work, Categories A and B, must <br />be completed within 6 months of the date of declaration, or by <br />March 22, 2900. All permanent work, Categories C through G, must <br />be completed within 18 months of the date of declaration, or by <br />March 22, 2091. <br />23.
