Uses may include, but are not limited to: 1. Promotion of FDEP (including, but limited to publications, websites, social media venues, advertisements, etc.); and 2. Distribution to the media; and 3. Use in commercial products. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection reserves the right to use/not use any Work as deemed appropriate by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
