Rule 9K14.002(2), Florida Administrative Code, reads as follows. Acquisition Plan applies to Project Sites with multiple parcels or multiple owners and means a written description of the priority parcels and the general order in which the parcels will be acquired to assure that, in the event that all parcels cannot be acquired, the purposes of the project can be achieved. Florida Communities Trust (FCr) staff will review the acquisition plan to assure that the purposes of the project can be achieved in the event all parcels can not be acquired.
