COST ESTIMATE AND FUNDING SOURCE <br />Estimate the costs associated with implementation of the management plan, including all <br />proposed improvements (trails, boardwalks, parking, restrooms, etc.), resource restoration and <br />enhancement activities, and other key management activities (required surveys, education <br />programs, etc.). <br />Identify all funding sources associated with the implementation of the management plan. <br />VI. PRIORITY SCHEDULE <br />Discuss the proposed time lines for implementing the development and management activities of <br />the management plan based on established priorities and the availability of funds. Provide a <br />graphic display of the implementation time lines. Use calendar dates (month and year) in defining <br />the implementation time line. <br />VII. MONI'T'ORING <br />Identify procedures for assessing progress in achieving goals in the management plan, such as the <br />percentage of property restored, inventory of species using the project site, etc. Identify <br />procedures for periodic amendment of the management plan by the Recipient with an <br />acknowledgment that any revision to the approved management plan requires prior review and <br />approval FCT. Include a provision acknowledging responsibility for preparing an annual <br />stewardship report to the FCT, due on the anniversary date on which the Project Plan was <br />approved by FCT. <br />EXHIBITS: <br />The exhibits to the management plan should be appropriately located in the management plan in <br />the place that contributes to the best understanding the management plan. Exhibits may include a <br />location map, boundary map, vegetative maps and surveys, master site plan, estimated <br />development cost table, and implementation time line graph, and any other exhibit that supports <br />the plan. <br />APPENDIX: <br />The appendix should be placed at the very end of the management plan document. The appendix <br />should contain a copy of the Conceptual Approval Agreement, the FNAI notification form, the <br />Exotic Pest Plant Council's List of Florida's Most Invasive Species.
