ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the day of December, <br />2023, for a public hearing to be held on the 12th day of December, 2023, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br />, and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Susan Adams <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E.
