Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manage <br />SUBJECT: Work Order No. 1 <br />Professional Engineering Services <br />26th Street Roadway and Drainage Improvements <br />Between 58th Avenue and 66th Avenue <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Carter Associates, Inc. recently completed the design of referenced project. The <br />construction contract has been awarded to Ranger Construction and clearing commenced <br />on July 12, 1996. <br />Some of the agreements made with adjacent property owners as a condition of right-of- <br />way acquisition require revisions to the construction plans. The attached Work Order No. <br />1 provides for making the necessary revisions to the plans. Work Order No. 1 also <br />provides for periodic inspections and final certification of the project to the St. John's River <br />Water Management District. <br />Staff recommends approval of Work Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,060.00.
