The recommendations presented herein are based on the data obtained form the soil <br />borings previously described. This report may not account for all possible variations that may <br />�►. exist 'between conditions observed in the borings and conditions at locations that were not <br />explored. The nature and extent of any such variations may not becorrle evident until further <br />explorations are made or construction is underway. If variations are then observed, we <br />recommend that. Fraser Engineering and Testing, Inc. be requested to inspect the actual site <br />e conditions and, if necessary, re-evaluate the recommendations of this report. <br />It has been our pleasure to assist you in this phase of your project.
