Expiration Date: May 6, 2003 <br />I <br />i <br />SPEC1171 D N1 <br />I- <br />i SUBMITTAL OF AS-BUILT PLANS <br />1 13. Within 30 days after completion of construction of the surface water management system, <br />i the permittee shall submit the enclosed form and two sets of record drawings of the project <br />as actually constructed thereby notifying the Department that the facilities area ready for <br />( final inspection and approval. The permit will be converted from a construction permit to an <br />q operation permit once the project is determined to be incompliance with the permitted plans <br />and with conditions provided in Rule 40C-42.028, F.A.C. <br />1 14.
