<br />2274, upon the following described real property situate, lying and being in Indian River County, State of Florida,

<br />a political subdivision for the State of Florida, does hereby release, for value received, its said lien upon the unit
<br />hereinabove described, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to satisfy said lien of record.
