This funding; <br />agreement provides funds for eligible disaster relief activitie-, specifically described in the <br />approved Project Worksheets. <br />Payment of large projects will be made on a cash reimbursable basis, subject to receipt of <br />a "Request I -or Reimbursement (R FR)" form and a summary of documentation of expenditures <br />by i)SRs. In accordance with paragraph 9 r,f the Disaster Funding Agreement, when all %York <br />has been completed on all project(s), a completed and signed Project listing (11.4) and other <br />required documentation should be- returned to this office. The State share withheld from all <br />projects will be provided upon receipt of the Project Listing and other required documentation. <br />Accurate records of disaster costs must be maintained for three (3) years from the date of <br />final r1yment. <br />Should you disagree with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) <br />decision, you have the right to appeal in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations Title <br />44 CFR, Section 206.206, which states that the Subgrantee may appeal any determination made <br />relating to federal assistance.
