PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Prepare and submit a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (.NPDI•;S) permit <br />renewal application to The Florida Lepartment of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on <br />behalf of Indian River County. <br />II. SCOPE OF SERVICE. <br />Reference is made to Attachment 11, the attached Scope of Services, and the "Professional <br />Engineering Services Master Agreement for Solid Waste." Engineering and permitting <br />services required for renewal of Indian River County's NPDES permit with FDFP. Services <br />include analysis of the historical discharge monitoring data, updating the permit application <br />to reflect changes in the surface water management system, and answering a request for <br />additional information if required by FDI -'P. <br />Ili. Worker's Compensation Insurance in accordance with Florida Statutes. <br />B. C'otnpiviu nsive General Liability with a miniutur-ti liurii of $100,0005300,000 <br />coveting property damage. <br />D. Liability for Property Damage, while operating motor vehicle, with minimum limits <br />of $100,000 per occurrence. <br />E. Contractual Liability including limits established for Items III B, C, and D above. <br />F.
