CA <br />C 1 <br />40 <br />� <br />] <br />ev <br />f `'T <br />iNTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA (COUNTY) <br />AND <br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA (CITY) <br />FOR A SHARED COST FOR A PORTION OF <br />THE, TAFT STREET PAVING PROJECT <br />THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMEN'I', entered into this m c r Day of K eb r u,a r y <br />, 2000, by and between Indian River County, Florida, a Political Subdivision of the Stale <br />of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as <br />COUNTY and the City of Sebastian by its Manager with approval of City Council, liercinaRcr <br />referred to as CITY, for the purpose of providing for lite costs of construction within the Taft <br />Street right-of-way in the City, by the City, to the County, which will perform the construction, <br />WITNES ETH: <br />WHEREAS, the County and the City bath have paving projects to be performed in close <br />proximity to each other, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City provided survey information to lime County for design Pur)mOses, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, time County has designed the Projects to he constructed, and; <br />WHEREAS, time County has obtained a St. Joltn"s River Water Management District <br />Permit, and; <br />WHEREAS, the County Road & Bridge Division will construct all improvements shown <br />on the construction plans, and; <br />Page 1 <br />
