O <br />• <br />40 <br />4W <br />U.S. Degartntettt of tate Interior <br />CERTIFICATION REGARDING <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />The recipient certifies that there are no relevant facts or circumstances which could give rise to <br />either an individual or organizational conflict of interest. Such conflict of interest could involve <br />such things as Government employees assisting in the preparation of the proposal or Government <br />employees being associated with or a member of the requesting organization and being in a <br />position to influence the awarding of a grant or cooperative agreement. The recipient agrees that <br />if an actual or potential conflict of interest is discovered the recipient shall make a full disclosure <br />in writing to the Contracting Officer. This disclosure shall include a description of actions which <br />the recipient has taken or proposes to take, after consultation with the Contracting Officer, to <br />avoid, mitigate or neutralize the actual or potential conflict. <br />FRAN B.
