CI <br />• <br />I. <br />7.3 If any part of CONTRACTOR's Work depends for proper execution or results upon the work of any <br />such other contractor or utility owner (or OWNER), CONTRACTOR shall inspect and promptly <br />' report to ENGINEER in writing any delays, defects or deficiencies in such work that render it <br />unavailable or unsuitable for such proper execution and results. CONTRAC'TOR's failure to report <br />will constitute an acceptance of the other work as fit and proper for integration with <br />CONTRACTOR's Work except for latent or nonapparent defects and deficiencies in the other work. <br />Coordination: <br />+ <br />7.4 If OWNER contracts with others for the performance of other work on the Project at the site, the <br />person or organization who will have authority and responsibility for coordination of the activities <br />among the various prime contractors will be identified in the Supplementary Conditions, and the <br />specific matters to be covered by such authority and responsibility will be itemized, and the extent <br />of such authority and responsibilities will be provided, in the Supplementary Conditions, Unless <br />1 otherwise provided in the Supplementary Conditions, neither OWNER nor ENGINEER shall have <br />any authority or responsibility in respect of such coordination, <br />i <br />:: ► .r► A t + ► <br />8.1 OWNER shall issue all communications to CONTRACTOR through ENGINEER. <br />8.2 In case of termination of the employment of ENGINEER, OWNER shall appoint nit engineer against <br />whom CONTRACTOR makes no reasonable objection, whose status under the Contract Documents <br />shall be that of the former ENGINEER. Any dispute in connection with such appointment shall he <br />subject to arbitration. <br />8.3 OWNER shall furnish the data required of OWNER under the Contract Documents promptly and <br />shall make payments to CONTRACTOR promptly after they are due as provided in paragraphs 14.4 <br />and 14.13. <br />8.4 OWNER's duties in respect of providing lands and easements and providing engineering surveys <br />to establish reference points are set forth in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.10.
