SCOPE QF SERVICES <br />Reference is made to Attachment B, the attached Scope of Services, and the "Professional <br />Engineering Services Master Agreement for Solid Waste." <br />III. CONSULTING UIREMENTS <br />The following insurance requirements will be provided in accordance with the Master Services <br />Agreement: <br />A. Worker's Compensation Insurance in accordance with Florida Statutes. <br />B. Automotive Liability with a coverage of $1,000,000 for a combined single limit, <br />C.
