+0 <br />40 <br />40 <br />40 <br />and maintenance cost of the gas recovery and distribution system to tate user's property <br />line. <br />Review the availability of Federal Grants andlor tax credits and the impact, if any, of <br />emission credits. <br />Estimate the annual operation, maintenance, and replacement costs to the Department of <br />Corrections to generate power at IRCI using landfill gas. <br />Estimate the cost of the gas to IRCI over the next twenty years (in constant dollars) if <br />developed by a third party or by Indian River County. Compare this to the cost of <br />purchased power. <br />Estimate the net cost of gas to IRCI if developed by the Department and there are no <br />other users. Compare this to the cost of purchased power. <br />Review existing similar landfill gas power generation projects and report on the <br />reliability of supply. <br />Prepare a matrix of energy uses and costs, comparing them to costs for utilizing; landfill <br />gas. <br />Capital amortization and labor rates would be supplied by the potential landfill gas user facilities. <br />PWIAJa li-Z <br />
