t <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />In order to comply with Rule 41-2, Florida Administrative Code, <br />the Board of County Commissioners must submit several reports to <br />the State of Florida Commission for the Transportation <br />Disadvantaged. Included among those submittals is: a <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) <br />Annual Report. The TDLCB annual report provides.a brief summary of <br />the TDLCB's accomplishments/activities during its sixth year. of <br />operation. The report summarizes the TDLCB's organization, <br />allocated funding, vehicle inventory and related activities for <br />fiscal year 1995-96. <br />On July 18, 1996, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local <br />Coordinating Board (TDLCB) reviewed and approved the attached TDLCB <br />annual report. At that time, the TDLCB recommended that. the Board <br />of County Commissioners, in its capacity as the Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Program Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA) <br />approve the attached report and forward the report to the CTD. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Attached is a copy of the TDLCB annual report for fiscal year 1995- <br />96. This report must be submitted to the State of Florida <br />Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. <br />The BCC/DOPA's alternatives are either to approve the transmittal <br />of this report as submitted, to approve transmittal of the TDLCB <br />annual report with revisions, or to deny the transmittal of this <br />report to the state. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The TDLCB and the staff recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners/DOPA approve the TDLCB annual report for fiscal year <br />1995-96 and direct staff to transmit this report to the State of <br />Florida.Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the TDLCB annual report for fiscal year 1995-96 and <br />directed staff to transmit the report to the State <br />of Florida,.
