FWC Agreement No. #23230 <br />The Recipient must also inform the Commission's Contract Manager of any changes in total executive <br />compensation between the annual reports. All compensation reports must indicate what percent of compensation <br />comes directly from the State or Federal allocations to the Recipient. <br />Section 37. MEDIA REQUESTS. <br />Recipients shall refer all requests by the media or public relations personnel to the Commission's Contract <br />Manager. Recipients must submit a written request for permission before consulting with the media and the <br />Commission will provide consultation and talking points. Recipients will not issue news releases, respond to <br />questions, or make statements on behalf of the Commission or its partners without prior direction and the <br />Commission's written approval. Production and filming requests related to this Agreement shall be processed <br />through the Commission only. <br />Section 38. USE OF SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS <br />Unless superseded or otherwise further described in Attachments A, if the Recipient intends to use a small <br />unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) at any time throughout the duration of the Agreement, the Recipient shall <br />request approval from the Commission, in writing, prior to use. Upon request by the Commission, the Recipient <br />shall provide all required documentation, such as license or certification, flight plans, and registrations. The <br />Commission will notify the Recipient in writing of the approval or rejection of the request. If approved, the <br />Recipient will be provided with the Commission's policies, and is responsible and liable for adhering to any and <br />all rules and regulations, including the Commissions policies, applicable to operating sUAS. <br />Section 39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br />This Agreement with all incorporated attachments and exhibits represents the entire Agreement of the Parties. <br />Any alterations, variations, changes, modifications or waivers of provisions of this Agreement shall only be valid <br />when they have been reduced to writing, and duly signed by each of the Parties hereto, unless otherwise provided <br />herein.
