ATTACHMENT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />FWC Contract No. #IRC DRAFT <br />Section 1. PURPOSE OR PROJECT WORKPLAN <br />Indian River County Shooting Range Expansion Project — Sporting Clays Facility Improvements. Make <br />improvements for Indian River County Public Shooting Range as outlined in County Project #1847 as <br />described in the attached Sporting Clays Facility Improvements plan. <br />A. Background <br />Indian River County Shooting Range is a public shooting sports facility offering supervised rifle and <br />handgun ranges. It also features sporting clays, 5 -stand, trap, skeet, an air rifle range, and archery <br />ranges. It was developed through funding from WSFR and Indian River County. Continued <br />improvements are necessary to improve drainage and improve public access to the sporting clays <br />course. <br />B. Support of Commission Mission / Return on Investment <br />Expanding the sporting clays course trail to improve public access and drainage will increase usage <br />and provide an accessible sporting clays course. <br />Section 2. TERMINOLOGY/ACRONYMS <br />Commission — Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission <br />County — Indian River County <br />Section 3. DELIVERABLES <br />1. DELIVERABLE #1 <br />1.1. Completed Sporting Clays Facility Improvements as outlined in the Attached Signed and Sealed <br />Drawings listed as County Project #1847 <br />1.2. Copies of all appropriate competitively procured bid documents for this project. <br />1.3. Documentation showing all contractor invoices paid) <br />1.4. Timeline for Completion: 360 days after date of contract execution. <br />Section 4. CONTRACT MONITORING <br />A. Programmatic - Final Project Inspection report completed by FWC Contract Manager indicating <br />that all punch list items (construction deficiencies) have been addressed. <br />B. Fiscal — The County shall be reimbursed only for budgeted expenses incurred during the term of the <br />Agreement that are directly related to the project. <br />306 <br />
