<br />MEASUP,EMENT AND PAYMENT

<br />1.01
<br />GENERAL
<br />Measurement and payment will be based upon
<br />work completed
<br />and accepted in accordance with the Contract Documents..
<br />No separate payment will be made
<br />for excavation,
<br />trenching, dewatering, backfilling,
<br />leakage tests,
<br />surveying, density tests, or other incidental items of
<br />work not shown in the Agreement.
<br />1.02
<br />EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS IN STORAGE
<br />Partial payment. for materials and equipment
<br />in proper
<br />storage at the site of the work or other
<br />approved storage
<br />site will be made for those items
<br />for which the
<br />Contractor has submitted paid invoices
<br />to the Engineer.
<br />The partial payment for stared materials will be 50% of
<br />the value of materials and equipment, based
<br />on receipted
<br />bills, furnished but not incorporated
<br />in the work, s
<br />determined by Engineer.
<br />1.03
<br />MEASUREMENT
<br />A. Mobilizations Measurement shall
<br />be on a lump sum
<br />basis, and shall be limited to the following
<br />maximum amounts:
