Perform work by persons qualified to produce <br />workmanship of specified quality. <br />C. Secure products in place with positive anchorage <br />devises designed and sized to withstand stresses, <br />vibration, and rocking. <br />MANUFACTURERS' INSTRUCTIONS <br />A. When work is specified to comply with <br />manufacturer's printed instructions, obtain and <br />distribute copies to persons involved, and maintain <br />one set at job site in field office. <br />B. Perform work in accordance with manufacturer'v <br />instructions and specified requirements. <br />C. Should a conflict exist between Specifications and <br />manufacturer's instructions, consult with Engineer. <br />TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING <br />A. Arrange deliveries of products in accordance with <br />construction schedules; coordinate to avoid delay <br />of progress, conflict with work and with conditions <br />at the site. <br />B. Transport products by methods to avoid product <br />damage; deliver in undamaged condition in <br />manufacturer's unopened containers or packaging, <br />dry.. <br />C. Provide equipment and personnel to handle product <br />by methods to prevent soiling or damage. <br />D. Promptly inspect shipments to assure that products <br />comply with requirements, quantities are correct <br />and products are undamaged. <br />❑1600-2 <br />
