The <br />establishment of this type of contract has allowed the Utilities Department to. <br />meet the demands of this type of work in a timely manner. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Driveways has offered to continue their contract for an additional three (3) <br />years with NO increase to their fee schedule during the life of the agreement. <br />Annual expenses for this service will remain constant through September, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the outstanding performance of Driveways, Inc. and their offer to <br />maintain prices, staff recommends Board approval of the proposed three year <br />contract and authorization for the Chairman to execute all applicable <br />documents. <br />DRIVEWAYS.
