C_ <br />40 <br />Amendment No.2 <br />Wabasso Causeway Park <br />improvements Protect <br />Section1 - General <br />This is an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) <br />dated June 2, 1998. <br />Section 111— Scope of Services <br />The LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT agrees to perform additional professional <br />services as set forth in the following: <br />23. Revise construction drawings by relocating the pump station to <br />the west side of the restroom building, behind the sternwall. <br />The foundation sternwall design shall be designed to <br />accommodate the pump station construction, operation and <br />maintenance access. The pump station design will be modified <br />to incorporate a packaged "ABS" fiberglass pump station. <br />Revise the associated force main and water service lines to fit <br />the new location. Revise the electrical service to the pump <br />station. Revise the restroom plumbing plans. <br />24. Submit revised construction drawings to the Indian River County <br />Department of Utility Services and to the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection for modification of approved permits. <br />25. Prepare a construction contract change order, and request a <br />credit proposal from the contractor for the changes. <br />
