BUTLER, CLERK <br />RELEASE OF PERPETUAL BEACH MANAGEMENT AND <br />ASSESSMENT EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, this Release of Perpetual Beach Management and Assessment <br />Easement between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 (hereinafter <br />"County"), and ITC Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, whose mailing <br />address is 6050 SW 1141h Street, Miami, FL 33156, (hereinafter "Property Owner") <br />agree as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the County received from the Property Owner a Perpetual Beach <br />Management and Assessment Easement (hereinafter "Easement") dated July 7, 2020; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Owner has requested that the County release the <br />Easement that was granted for the purpose of beach renourishment on the Property <br />Owner's property; and <br />WHEREAS, there were no beach renourishment activities that took place on the <br />Property Owner's property, nor are there any future renourishment projects planned as <br />of the date of signing of this document. The County has determined that the retention of <br />the easements serves no public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Indian River County does hereby release and abandon any <br />rights or grants given to it pursuant to the Perpetual Beach Management and <br />Assessment Easement that is recorded at O.R.
