Beginning at a point 25 feet east of the northwest corner of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 31 south, Range 39 east, run east 147 feet, thence run south 150 feet, thence run west 147 feet, thence run north 150 feet to the point of beginning. 2.
