IQ TO THE PROFESSIONAL E �wii:i iii nND ,' G T ii`Ih <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br />(AGREEMENT) dated November 1, 1994, between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />(ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in <br />"Section I - Project Limits and Description" and "Section V - Compensation", of the <br />AGREEMENT. <br />Amendment Description <br />This Amendment includes the following: <br />"Section 1 - Project Limits and Description" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br />1) Modification to 8th Street for the Overby Property <br />2) Designing of a Retaining Wall for the Stough's Property <br />3) Emmanuel Baptist Church Pond Analysis <br />4) Overby Pond Design and Plan Modifications <br />5) Basins C and D Pond Modifications <br />6) Basin B Pond Modification <br />7) Side Street Compensating Treatment <br />8) SJRWMD Permit Modification <br />9) Force Main Relocations on 1 st and 4th Streets <br />10) Preparation of 5th Street S.W. Construction Plans <br />11) Additional Survey <br />1) The revisions to the plans for 8th Street will include the addition of a westbound left turn - <br />lane into the Overby property. In addition, it will require modification of the typical section, <br />a drainage analysis, the addition of cross-sections, modifications of the striping plan and the <br />addition of drainage structures to the summary sheet. <br />2) Preparations of retaining wall details for purposes of discussion with the property owner. <br />Pagel of4 <br />
